Our Process

Communication is important to us. All color guests will receive our “5 Star Consultation” form a few days before your appointment. On the day of your appointment, your service provider will go over your hair history, routine, maintenance, expectations, goals, timeline and budget.

If you have a budget— that’s okay! All service providers will strive to work within your allotted timeframe while prioritizing your needs and goals.
