How do I make an appointment?

You can request an appointment by clicking the "Reservations—-> Appointments" tab of the menu and select the button of the service provider you wish to book with. Blush Stylists require a card on file before any service can take place. No exceptions.

Stylist Contact Info

You can reach your stylist by clicking the "Our Team" tab on the menu. When the page loads, click the photo of the stylist you'd like to reach. In the stylist's bio, you will find their personal phone number, or an appointment form on the right hand side that will be sent directly to your stylist.

Hours of Operation

We do not have set business hours. The salon operates by appointment only. If you have an appointment with a stylist, we will be open. (Independent stylists make their own individual business hours.)

Children in the salon

Children without appointments must be supervised at all times by another adult who is not receiving services. Most services take several hours and can be hard for children to endure patiently. When children get restless, the salon can be a dangerous place with sharp objects, hot tools, and chemicals.  We do take children as clients and love to do so.  We just ask that they be scheduled for an appointment separate from your own.  Nor do our facilities have the capacity to accommodate carriers and strollers without interfering from our other guests space and experience. We hope to keep Blush a peaceful, safe environment for everyone who arrives.

Service Costs

Prices vary on starting color, length, hair density and the stylist you schedule with. A general starting price of the services we offer are listed on the "Reservations" tab on the menu (or under the Spa Services tab) . If any further clarification is needed, click the button to schedule an appointment with your stylist and select the "consultation" option. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management. (Independent contractors are not bound by these prices and may vary based on stylist. Please ask your stylist for pricing if he or she is an independent contractor/stylist.)

How do I get extensions? Do I schedule an install? How much are extensions?

Before you can schedule your extensions, you must first request an “extension consultation” with a stylist. For specific pricing, you must schedule a FREE extension consultation. Pricing varies dramatically from person to person and your stylist can give you in-depth pricing at the time of your consultation.

At your consultation, the stylist will discuss your specific needs, desires, color match, & take a deposit to order your hair extensions. Before you leave, you will schedule a date for the install of your new hair extensions.

DEPOSITS MUST BE PLACED before any installation appointment can be scheduled.

Blush Stylist’s Policies

48 hours notice required to cancel without cancellation fee

- Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service

amount using card on file.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount using card on file.

- Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel, the client then

must cancel within 12 hours of appointment

time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount using card

on file.

- Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount with card on file. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.

(Independent Stylists- Refer to your stylist for specific cancellation policies if your stylist is independent. Refunds are at the discretion of the stylist— Since we are a service industry, majority of Blush stylists will offer to adjust your hair to accommodate any quality issues- but no refunds. Varies, from business to business within Blush Salon.)

Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. Our salon guarantees its work. When a client is not satisfied with a service we will correct the problem as long as it is brought to management’s attention within 3 days of the original service. In regard to chemical services, they are only guaranteed if they are using our recommended retail products unless by fault of stylist’s mistake as determined by management. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style (meaning minor adjustments only). We do not offer refunds for any services.

Product Return Policy

We stand by and guarantee all of our products/tools.
Products purchased at Blush may be returned for store credit within 1 week from the date of purchase. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including item being no less than 25% full) will be accepted for store credit. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be applied towards a new product.

SALE Items are final sale.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able

to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result

in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
